The short version
Our calculators work inside your browser, and the numbers you type into them are not sent to our servers. Like most free websites, we use Google and advertising partners that use cookies and similar technologies, so some data about your visit is collected by those third parties.
Information you enter in calculators and tools
Values you type into calculators, the invoice generator, the study planner and similar tools are processed locally in your browser. We do not receive them. The study planner stores your subjects in your browser's local storage on your own device, which you can clear at any time in your browser settings.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, our hosting provider and third-party services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location derived from the IP address.
Google tag and analytics
We use a Google tag (Google Ads) to measure advertising performance. Google may set cookies and collect data as described in Google's policy on how it uses data from sites that use its services. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
Advertising partners
We display ads served by Adsterra and other third-party advertising partners. They may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to show and measure ads and may use information about your visits to this and other sites to show relevant advertising. We do not control these cookies. You can limit them through your browser settings, by clearing cookies, or by using the opt-out tools run by advertising industry bodies.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Besides those set by Google and advertisers, our own pages may store simple preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features of third-party content may stop working.
Exchange rate data
The currency converter requests rates from a third-party exchange rate service directly from your browser, so that service sees your IP address like any website you visit.
Contacting us
If you email us we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply and to keep a record of corrections. We do not sell personal data.
Children
CalcuHub is a general audience site and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can clear cookies and local storage, use browser privacy settings or extensions, and opt out of personalised ads as described above. To ask about information we hold from emails you sent us, write to sharukh@calcuhub.site.
