Use the date calculator to find the number of days, weeks or months between two dates, to see what date falls a set number of days after another, or to work backwards from a deadline. It is helpful for notice periods, application closing dates, pregnancy and course schedules, loan tenures, warranty expiry and project planning.
How the calculation works
Dates are converted to calendar days and compared directly, so leap years and different month lengths are handled for you. When you add months, the day-of-month is kept where it exists; adding one month to 31 January gives the last day of February.

Worked examples
- From 10 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 is 82 days, or 11 weeks and 5 days.
- 90 days after 1 November 2026 is 30 January 2027, useful for payment terms on an invoice.
- A 3-year loan taken on 1 January 2027 ends on 1 January 2030, which is 1,096 days because 2028 is a leap year.
Weekdays and working days
The tool can count weekdays only (Monday to Friday), which helps estimate working days for deadlines, delivery times and notice periods. It does not know public holidays, so subtract those separately, for example Eid holidays and national days.
Time zones
The time-zone section converts a local time to another zone. Pakistan Standard Time is UTC+5 and does not use daylight saving, while many other countries shift their clocks, so the gap with the UK or US changes during the year. Always confirm meeting times for overseas clients in both zones.
